Please reach me at doug.pell@dougthecoach.me if you cannot find an answer to your question.

As often as the process demands, subject to our mutual availability.
Monthly.
I work on a monthly fee basis, not an hourly rate. I do this so that you will not hesitate to call me as you implement the ideas we discuss.
A coach generally works with the client's underlying motivations and thought processes to help them solve their own problems. Issues like fear and self-confidence are typical in coaching.
A consultant is usually a subject matter expert that solves problems for the client.
A coach with extensive business expertise, e.g., Doug the Coach, can assume both roles and usually does within the client engagement.
I utilize an approach called co-active coaching.
I am a coach, not an advisor, therapist, recruiter, or resume writer. I ask lots of questions so you can hear yourself talk. Even in my business consulting, I use coaching techniques that help the client discover the right path to take. My job is to create an environment where you clearly hear yourself.
Exactly as you would demand of me.
I am accountable to you, but my accountability to God determines my ethics, morality, speech, and yes, confidentiality.
